Jenna is a Senior Vice President and Head of Social and Content Marketing for Ogilvy Los Angeles. Prior to joining Ogilvy LA, Jenna served as General Manager for Social@Ogilvy in Singapore. Her experience in social and digital spans advertising, direct marketing, PR, digital media, digital production and retail activation. As GM, Jenna leads a team of two dozen full-time social media strategists to deliver results-based campaigns for clients in Singapore and across Southeast Asia.
While in Singapore, Jenna led the Social@Ogilvy team to win Marketing Magazine’s Social Media Agency of the Year (2013) and Campaign Asia’s Digital Agency of the Year (2013). She also built Social@Ogilvy’s first content studio in APAC, creating real-time adaptive content for clients like Unilever, Nestle, Coca-Cola, Singapore Exchange, Prudential, Health Promotion Board, National Environment Agency, National Arts Council and Guinness.
Prior to joining Ogilvy Singapore, Jenna was a Regional Strategy Director for Social@Ogilvy Asia-Pacific, based in Hong Kong. While in HK, Jenna led Ogilvy’s regional social media training initiatives and guided the overall development and growth of Ogilvy’s social media teams in Asia.
Jenna’s regional APAC client experience spans the luxury, travel and tourism, technology and consumer packaged goods industries, including Armani, BP, Chanel, Chendgu Tourism Board, Intel, Kimberly Clark and Nestle. While in Hong Kong, Jenna also ran Social@Ogilvy’s regional content and Facebook Media team for the five-time award winning Chengdu Pambassador campaign (2012).
Before moving to Asia, Jenna worked out of Ogilvy’s San Francisco office where she led the four-time award-winning Intel Insider program, a group of online influencers ranging from parenting and lifestyle blogs to consumer technology bloggers.
In her work with Ogilvy, Jenna has also worked on digital crisis communications, advising BP on building a social media strategy during its crisis in the Gulf of Mexico in 2010.Prior to joining Ogilvy, Jenna was an Account Manager at Page One Public Relations, where she led social media marketing programs for enterprise technology startups.Jenna has a Bachelor’s degree in History, Literature and the Arts from Stanford University and is an avid food blogger in her spare time.
